Hi,
I'd like to settle a long running dispute. We have a number of players at our club who use an overhand handpass. The rules state that as long as a striking motion is used then handpasses are legal but I can't find anything else which outlaws the overhand pass. Can someone clarify this for me?

With the open hand there must be an underhand striking action. However, when using the fist you can hit it anyway you like.

Thanks Zulu, I'll let them know so we can get the rules right for the next matches..
