Perhaps someone can confirm but I think the Ulster Council have control of Healy park and it seems to work for Tyrone and Omagh St Endas.

This is something I've been banging on about for a while.
I can't believe we are handing over our county ground and people are suggesting this is somehow good for Antrim.

We'll be playing in Creggan & Ballycastle forever.

"Can I knock down your house and build you a lovely big house.....oh, aye, I'll own the new house btw".

I also keep banging on about the full time administrators in each county are paid and answerable to the Ulster council and will ensure that their bidding is done.

Antrim CB have no say now, Frankie will ensure that.

This appears to be a quote from the 'new' Catholic Church which is taking the place of and becoming dangerous already in how much sunlight people are allowed in their lives along with restriction to their home area and subjection to noise.
No lessons seem to have been learned from the previous occupants of this role.
