Have Kilmallock got someone to mark Reid though?

I hope the Limerick boys do it.

Cant get to a TV

Didn't get to watch it myself Dooda, but going by the live updates on GAA.ie that Ballyhale were in control for most of the game, disappointed for Kilmallock, always nice to see someone else get a win now and then

Same as myself johnneycool, I just followed the updates for both matches on the GAA website.
Would like to see some highlights but I missed them last night.

Munster clubs don't win many these days

Thewildcat

you wonder how killmallock got there they very a poor enough side.

I think, in common with a lot of Limerick teams that have made it to Croke Park, they just completely failed to do themselves justice. That said, the Munster Club championship hasn't produced many winners recently. Who would the last ones be? Doora Barefield maybe?

Plain of the Herbs

Newtownshandrum.  Doora-Barefield before that.

So NTS the only Munster tem to collect the Tommy Moore Cup in the new stand!

Still, a Munster team made it to the Final for the first time in six years (De La Salle) so progress is being made (said with tongue in cheek).

They then got absolutely hockeyed out of it by Portumna a few years later, didn't they?

Premier Emperor

Kilmallock showed Ballyhale far too much respect yesterday.
I heard the Sparrow on the radio this morning. It sounded like Kilmallock were amazed by Croke Park and he thought Ballyhale had a big advantage having Kilkenny players who hurl there a couple of times a year.

He thought the pitch was much longer and wider than anywhere else (it isn't). How can a team expect to perform on an occasion like yesterday, when they behave like a shower of slack jawed yokels who have just seen their first ever traffic light!
