Can anyone give me a half plausible reason why the draw for next years championship is completely drawn at this time of year?
If at first you don't succeed, then goto Plan B

Never had a problem with the draw being now. If anything it's something to focus on in the dead of winter.

Too many whiney people. Didn't yo mamas teach you better than that?

I think it's MayoWR's turn to go to NY and the Herrins go to Ruislip.
Hopefully we get a first round game against one of the minnows, then a Semi final draw against the other minnow.
Davy's given us a dream to cling to
We're going to bring home the SAM

I'd like a crack at Donegal, in Armagh. We haven't played them here since the late 80s I think.

So Leitrim at the Hyde followed by Galway in the wind tunnel? Sure we won't be tested by that at all.

From the Bunker

Same draw as last year would do the trick. New York followed by Galway followed by Rossies in the final!

Unless you count  playing them in the qualifiers in Cross'.

Mayo definite early favourites
If Mayo play like they did against Donegal this year, then they will be mighty-hard stopped.

Ah yes, forgot about that. But I was thinking about the Athletic Grounds.

I'm going to the bookies to back them anyway

And if Donegal play like they did against Mayo this year they won't win a game next year.

Each way bet great for reaching finals.

Hard to see what'll happen next year. Based on previous champion form Dublin may hit a slump, few teams make a third AI final on the back of two losing appearances and Kerry will be in full rebuild mode next season. Who knows where Donegal go. Tyrone seem too limited to challenge without a lot more development.

Cork may be the sneaky bet if they get a good manager.

Will Down finally get a home draw in the ulster championship?
At least we would only have to go to newry to get beat.
