Protestant Churches.Do they get off lightly

Given the amount of vitriol thrown at the Catholic Church for the inexcusable abuse meted out by a very small proportion of clerics,I would suggest that mayhem will break out in Belfast and elsewhere in the next few days instigated by the ultra sectarian Orange Order and their supporters.

Given that this odious organisation is affiliated to all the main Protestant Churches (indeed many Ministers are members and will deliver hate filled speeches in fields tomorrow), do these same churches get off lightly in that their affiliation to the Orange Order,and the membership of many of their clerics,is never questioned much less criticised?

I'm always amazed in RTÉ  interviews at the deference shown by interviewers towards C of I clerics compared to the at best off hand but usually hostile tone towards Catholic clerics.
As for those clerics speaking at the hate filled bigotfests tomorrow .... I suggest they read their Bibles and see where Christ said the most important Commandment was to love your neighbour.
