Bulmer Specials

Just saw the advertisement for these.  Bulmers "Spiced Apple and Honey"  and "Spiced Apple and Rhubarb" .

Has anyone tried these yet?  Those flavours look like they would taste like cough medicine.

Surely no good can come of this!

The Apple and Honey one is horrifically sweet and the Apple and Rhubarb one - which I thought sounded class - doesn't taste of much at all. The Pear and Ginger one was decent. But, like all cider, after two bottles my tastebuds and stomach give up

I drink Magners exclusively so was happy to see these but never got round to trying them.

Went for a feed the other week in Made In Belfast and asked for a Magners, the woman said they didn't have any only these new flavours, I thought dead on it will be a nice change.

Had an Apple and Honey one, like the previous poster said it was far too sweet and reminded me off medicine I got as a child. Gave the Apple and Rhubarb one a go then and it was terrible too. Didn't fancy putting myself through the other one so just gave up.
