Would be interested myself.  How long do people go to Eurodisney for - 1 week, 3 days?  How much is it likely to cost to get there and stay and how much spending money would you relaistically need?

A week is far too much (unless you are going into Paris) we went Saturday to Tuesday three years ago. Three days would be ideal. Dunno how much it cost as it was a wedding present but I have seen ads on the tv recently with offers of free tickets/accommodation for children. You wouldn't need a pile of spending money, your hotel will be close to the park and just need money for food when you are there. It is basically all junk food, McDonalds type gear in the various "restaurants". There is Hard Rock Cafe and a few other eating houses at the gate of the park, pretty expensive though. A pint of Coke was €7 in the Rainbow Cafe.

Only a mad man would go to Eurodisney for a week. Which week you going nrico?

Better to go early in the week to avoid queues etc. We went for monday/tuesday/wednesday. 20mins was longest we had to queue. Stayed in Santa Fe hotel last year - was ok. Took a packed lunch each day and stopped for a meal in evenings. Enjoyed Rainforest Cafe and Ludwigs (think they had a 2lt glass for beer!!) Prices were reasonable enough.

Stayed in the Dreamcastle twice, not bad hotel with buffet style breakfast.

Take enough bread, cheese, ham, fruit etc to do for lunches in the parks.

The rainforest cafe is probably the best for decent grub and the Mickey mouse cafe which you normally have to book for is a rip off.

I think there's deals on groupon at the minute. Might only be available for eurostar travellers. Have a look anyway.

Three days would be enough if you're going off season.

You can overplan these things. Just go and enjoy.

I was there a few years ago with 2 kids, great spot but can be expensive. The Hard Rock Cafe is the only decent place to eat (that's not junk food) but is costly, the option of having a meal in your hotel is there too so a compromise of a night at each would prob be OK. The breakfast is in with the price of the accommodation so what we done everymorning was loaded the bags up with food from the breakfast and that done the lunches...

Make sure u fly into Paris and not beauvis airport as it's fecking about 90 mins from resort and the taxis cost more that the flights...lol

Kids loved it BTW
I can swim a little but i can't fly an inch

Went there for a school trip when in 2nd year. For the 1st time i seen 2 lesbians kissing in the queue in front of us. Needless to say space mountain was a big let down after that show.

Unprofessional of the teachers.

Stayed in the Santa Fe also, thought it was very basic and the food was dreadfull at the hotel. Would pay the extra and stay at the Disney Hotel, and as already said would only do the 3 days. Don't do the the 'meet the Disney Characters breakfast'  a f**king rip off if ever there was one.

The good thing though about Paris Disney is that everything is close and while it is exactly the same in terms of Orlando it just that it's closer and easier to get to. Most hotel deals allow you one early morning start (before the rest of the public can enter) avail of this and hit all the good rides first, then fast track them for later.

As said, one or two decent restaurants in the Disney village the rest poor enough. I wonder why the food is so shite at these places? Even in Orlando i thought that the Park restaurants were poor.

I'm at Orlando this year, will mainly go to Universal Studios (hopefully the food is better ;)). Maybe hit Disney once or twice.
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought. Ea

I won a competition to be the first person ever to go on Space Mountain at Euro Disney. However, when I got there, I was deemed too short to go on the ride, so my Dad became the first ever person to ride on it.  :'(

I went at Easter 2011with my sis, bro in law and their 3 kids. We booked too late to stay anywhere but the Newport Bay hotel but it was abs fine.

Staying in the Disney hotels gives you the fast pass to some rides and it was great having that. We had an outdoor pool with big jet machine that kids loved.

Would echo Rainforest Cafe.
Breakfasts in hotels are great and there are Disney characters there every morn for photos.

Rent a buggy if you have an Under 3.

The merchandising is SHOCKING! set rules for gifts before you go in. The village thing is fab though.

Kids will love it.

Our pass let us in early every morn but sis and I partook in mucho vino on one occasion so wasted one of our early morns.
