Undoubtedly tough for a young lad to head out there that young and live a professional sportsman's life with (I'm assuming) the limits that such a profession places on one's social life. However, given how shit things appear to be in Ireland, you have to wonder if he'll regret not giving it more time in years to come. At least he's heading back to UCD and not out into the job market.
Good news for his club and Westmeath at least.
