Didn't see the game but I would be delighted if every team we play in the league put a big man in FF and rain floods of ball in on Caff. Good to get a win in the first remotely serious game and wouldn't read too much into any individual's performance.
Why would you want cafferkey put under pressure like that?

Because, as we saw against Donaghy, he is the best equipped that we have to deal with it and now is the time to learn the business fully. In the League.

To be fair, I think Donaghy has gone off the boil lately, last year all he did was moan and complain to the ref. Although to be fair, Caff did a mighty job on him that day in Croker. I dunno, any time I see a high ball lumped in on top of Cafferkey I get nervous.

With Caff. likely out. Has to be if it s the hamstring it will be interesting to see who gets the 3 gig against Dublin. Reilly? McHale? Keane? Feeney? Think we had 5'7'' Chris Barrett there for a while last year against them :o
We should be good enough to win this one in McHale Park.
