Well lads and lassies,

It's getting near the time when I ride off into the West Offaly sunset for two weeks of rest, recuperation and general idleness, interspersed with a few pints no doubt. So to all of you on the board, thanks for another year of distraction from mundane work matters, and for a lot of good craic, good debate, and also, a lot of pure horse shite.

I've met a few sound people from this board, and it's definitely kept me sane at different times throughout the last 10 odd years, so here's to 10 more at least.

I'll be looking in over the Christmas, especially for the Fantasy NFL, but just in case ye aren't, Merry Christmas to all of ye, even the Westmeath and Laois lads, and to yer families, and please God (or Deity of choice/or none) we'll all have a great 2009.
