I am not sure but the 1983 all ireland football final, the dirty dozen is vaguely in my mind. I definitely remember the 1984 olympics Carl Lewis and John Tracy. The Euro 84 France v Spain final, Dublin v Kerry all very well.

Actually saw an FSO a few months ago. There can't be many on the road these days.

Is Lada still on the go?

In terms of vivid memories, '84 was the year.

My folks took me to see Derry v. Antrim in either 1971 or 72 cos my cuz, from Portglenone, was playing for Antrim having captained st. mary's to the Sigerson I think, but I'm not sure.

My earliest TV memory is Denis Law scoring for City v. Utd.  I was maybe 5 or 6 at the time.
