bomb in Mumbai

Looks like there was a few bombs in Mumbai today. A lot of people would know people working down there, so I hope all are safe. Looks like some deaths and injuries though.

Shocking. I was there in Nov.  2008 when the last big attack happened. The people don't deserve it.

Unfortunately planting a bomb in a congested city is like picking low hanging fruit for any terrorist.

I read in the one of the local papers the last time i was there about the police special anti terrorism forcet hat was promised after the 2008 attacks. They were to have 200 policemen and 50 police managers and they couldn't get any police managers even on 2.5 times basic salary
because the extra salary could not compensate for the loss of bribe income.   

It is corruption that makes the city a soft target.
