It might be a difficult one to decide on, from what I know of the facts.

There is clear evidence that he said he will fix a match in return for money.

There is little or no evidence to say he actually fixed any match.
Is there clear evidence that he will fix a match in return for money?
I think not,

'But study the original source material – the NotW's own video – and pay attention to Higgins' words and actions and not the subtitles.
He does not actually say "Frame three, I am going to lose, yes, yes".
He says (20sec to 22sec): "Frame three I'm going to lose, yeah. No." [Nodding no].
The intro to the main story on 2 May talked of Higgins shaking hands "on a disgraceful deal to fix a string of high-profile matches after demanding a £300,000 kickback."
But nowhere does he demand anything.'

From what I have read, it would appear to me that there is absolutely no evidence of match fixing, or even intent established to fix a match. In fact there is no prima facie case, or whatever you call it, to bring a case against Higgins. I would go further and state that the deliberate misrepresentation/misquoting/lies around the taped evidence by the NOTW in their article, should disbar that paper from being accepted as having any credibility in this case.
Are his manager?

It can be twisted any which way but he had every intention of fixing a match and may have done so in the past. Guilty of bringing the game into disrepute, therefore his name should be mud in sports circles. Stupid, greedy bastard.

Does that qualify for the biggest load of baloney you have penned, or can it possibly get better than that?
;D

Come on man you can't seriously believe he isn't involved or intended to be involved in rigging matches for financial gain. His problem is he got nabbed priding the lid off the cookie jar rather than with his hand in it.

John Higgins has said that it's great to be back playing snooker again at the UK Championship.

Although he is a bit disappointed that he's going to lose 9-5 in the quarter finals.  :P
