When are Supermac coming north? They made an announcement a few years back. I'd sooner have them to McDonald's. Decent chips in them.

There is one in Lurgan.

There's a regular enough argument on the armagh forum on the coaching merits of the 02 team and the perceived fawning over them in our county. I guess the larger question is the old "do county players make good coaches?" question.

On a related point and one which may or may not apply to the supermacs in time... i feel that the better coaches tend to come from smaller clubs. coaches in the big clubs simply use the next player or make a substitution whereas at smaller clubs there is no next player. players must be coached and moulded and gameplans adapted to wring every ounce out of what they have. In my experience coaches from smaller clubs tend to be more resourceful and meticulous (not always of course). Donal Murtagh would be a good example in our own county.

There's a Supermac in Dundonald, not sure how well it's doing though.

The Real Laoislad

Decided to have one yesterday after getting a goo for one from this thread.
Wasn't great at all if I'm honest,I wonder is it the beer that makes them taste nice?
It been a while since I had one without being full of alcohol so I was a little disappointed when it wasn't great.

Don't know when I last had one without a few pints on me. But I don't think I've ever been disappointed with a Smokey Bacon Meal Deal!!
