lob her in lad

TG I would recommend you invest in a stretch ban which does exactly what it says on the tin. It's a band that aids you in stretching. If you did ten minutes with this band after your walks you would feel the benefits the next day. It is used to help people with poor flexibility plus it cuts out strain to the back which can sometimes occur from poor stretching techniques.

As for your sleeping just watch a recording of the Armagh v Monaghan game from Saturday night and you will be sleeping like a baby before half time.

TG just told another person in the office here your problem. He said tell her a good sh@g after your walk (and a shower) will help ensure your not sore and will also help you fall asleep. Hope this advice helps.

This was the best advice given on this thread and look it was by me.

Sorry meant to say that the band is one that goes around your waist not one of the ones that are short and you pull it with your hands as that puts strain on your back. I would tell you the name of it but I loaned it to my mate and he went back to Ireland for the summer so I will be a while without it. I am trawling the net to try find out the name and when i find it i'll let ye know as I am sure ye are all waiting with bated breathe.
