I think Louth have been a breath of fresh air this year,  but they'll have to raise their game.  That Meath team look like they could create a bit of havoc this year.

Looking forward to this and hoping that Louth can do it. This will be another big derby game and Louth will be much less intimidated by Meath than they would have been by Dublin. There should be a bit of crack around Drogheda/Slane/ Ardee areas.

Nothing against Meath but it has to be UP THE WEE

Looking forward to this and if Kildare get past Dublin tomorrow night we could be there in the minor (need to win the semi as well) so I'll hopefully be there in person.

Anyhow, I think that Louth probably have the best midfield in Ireland but they need to perform at their best to have any chance, the Meath half-back and current midfield are their poorest units but I don't think Louth have the half-forwards to take full advantage, like the Kildare game this could be a shoot-out but Meath have a better full-back line than Kildare and an array of forward talent unmatched in Ireland. Romance is a lovely thing and I'd love Louth to do it but Meath don't do romance.

They do. They do it in a ditch, like a dog.

Louth will give them their fill of it. I'd still take Meath's greater experience to shade it by a 2/3 points.

If Meath underperform (possibly might read too much into yesterday's result?) and Louth embrace the occasion and aren't overcome with nerves........... you never know. Refreshing to have a Leinster Final without the Dubs. Hopefully it'll be a shot in the arm for the provincial championship.
There's Seán Brady going in, what dya think Seán?

I think Louth will give it a good rattle and it'll be closer than people think. Meath despite yesterday are not that good a team

I think Meath have very big, very strong and very good forwards. Their midfield with Crawford will be a real test for Louth's duo. Meath's backs can be got at, and even yesterday Dublin could have racked up a decent score.

I don't know if Louth's forwards will score enough to out score Meath though.

Should be a good game, and could well be tight. But I couldnt see Louth beating Meath in a tight game.
