Change in GAA Physios policy

Aye, i understand it requires signatures, but after its signed and completed it can be scanned in as a pdf document.........

Just wondering can it then be emailed to them ?

For anyone that looks after their clubs insurance scheme, see email below:

To register a claim, we only need the first 2 pages of the claim form
which must be received in our office within 60 days of the date of
injury - this can be emailed to this address, gaa.queries@willis.ie, faxed to 01-669 4443 or posted to our office address.

The remainder of the claim form can then follow, along with any other
information / receipts that are relevant to the claim.
