Stevie O'Neill's penalties in 2005 were legendary. Oisin wasn't as good. McCabe was hit and miss.
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

So what's the ratio of scores when players aren't fouled? I think Kevin's math is a wee bit out. Easier penalty would only lead to more Gooch-esque dives.
