reading the paper today said Dermot Earley made his Kildare debut at 30, he's one hell of a man to be still playing. Would be great for him to land more silver ware this year.

Must be a mistake..Early played in th 1998 AI final - was in his early 20's then I would suppose

yeah but donaldson had played for louth earlier. Was a lad from monaghan who made his debut in this 30's a couple of years ago. Can't remember his name.

Stew is  Miko really John Mc Aleavey? A sound lad alright.He had a slight speech impediment and once announced at school one morning  that "ships" (as opposed to "chips") were on thre lunch time menu, which happened about once a year in those days

He is Tone but he never had a speech impediment. It might be a different cub. Miko starred for the Ogs and was, according to himself Irish league standard at the aul soccer.
