some great debate there but lads is it not coming down to a lot of senior club players nearly dictating that they dont think theres anyone good enough in the club to take them and that they deserve an outside manager to take them and the club shold pay for that privilige,good club men no longer want to get involved with senior teams in their own clubs because they dont get the respect and alot of good trainers /managers drift away to help underage and club ends up payinf for a manager who if he doesnt deliver in a year he is chased and same process starts again.
