Has anyone given consideration to the possibility that this is a phantom project designed to smoke out the "equality" issue in advance of he announcement of public funds for Windsor ParK?
It makes no sense other than the leverage of govt. funds to upgrade the Casement dungeon.
Fierce tame altogether

I've lost count of the amount of times I've been to Clones for a champ match where the covered seated stand is all ticket and there is hardly anyone in it as people prefer to pay for the cheaper terrace. I see no evidence that people prefer seating. They prefer a good view 1st and foremost.

Think thats more to do with people not being bothered to look for tickets when they dont have to. There's a good bit of seating at the other end in Clones which usually fills for the same matches. Certainly on wet days people prefer to be covered, there is no doubt about that.

That's just because you're at matches with Cavan men.  :P

In Clones, I normally prefer the terrace behind the town goals. Depending on where you sit, the views from the Gerry Arthurs and Pat McGrane stands can be mediocre, at best. The Hill is too far away from the pitch for my liking.
