Any word of these coming down or staying the same or going up?

I have attended many games over this past couple of years with Provincial and Qualifiers but cant see myself heading to too many this year because I will not be able to afford it.

You're living in the past man.

Think the 2008 prices are staying the same in euro's for 2009. They're dear for some game's although if you compared them to rugby prices they're good enough value.

Do you think attendances will be lower this year, TD?
Depends on the draw .
Anyway, long story short... is a phrase whose origins are complicated and rambling.

Unless the gaa make a bit more effort to sell the games then possibly. There's 10,000 family tickets for Tyrone Armagh game. The gaa should make sure everyone is aware of this. They sometimes have good deals for children and families but dont do enough to make people aware of it. They should target younger people and ensure children know they can get in free or for a couple of euro. They should have offers and make sure they are attractive to those who arent that well off. The gaa traditionally has been affordable to everyone but this may no longer be the case. The one thing that will help this year is a few big early clashes like Tyrone Armagh and Dublin Meath which will ensure a high profile start to the championship.

The Rugby was rocket dear anyway. I gave 85 euros to see Ireland v NZ and thought it shocking bad value. 70 euros for an AIF is still v steep in the current climate. Tis getting too dear to be tramping all the way to Croker these years.

How much are tickets for Munsters European or Magners League games? I'll not be complaining what price it is for the final if Tyrone are in it and they know this will be case with most fans in any county.
