There was a pal of mine who lifted Woolworths about six feet off the ground a few years back.
Carlsberg don't do Gombeenocracies, but by jaysus if they did...

Don't forget to include the weight of the barbell (10k / 20k) when you are boasting about how much weight you can bench ;)

Boasting about how much weight you can lift and how big your muscles are is def a sure sign of a shirt lifter. Willy wankas chocolate factory from Max and Paddy springs to mind.

Lifting weights is grand, I had a room mate in college who was big into it, he was at the gym every day and took part in bodybuilding competitions.  Its just when you start to look like the lads that were in the magazines he used to buy you know you have a problem...
