Thanks a million easytiger.

(Are SURE you'll want to watch Derry-Dublin in Monday?)  ;D

easytiger

Screen exile - the online service is run seperately from the TV service so you have to pay seperately - sorry about that.

Hardy, should you not be worrying about Cork? I've heard Meath's tactical plans are in tatters, now that Coyler has realised that someone has broken Masters jaw already  :P

magpie seanie

Last January, Setanta was charging NI viewers £13 per month on a 12 month contract.  Now I see Des Lynam advertising Setanta for a soccer package £9.99 monthly without a 12 month contract.

On this soccer contract, would I still see all the championship football?  Where does this leave all the poor Tyrone fans who couldn't get to Croke Park for the Dublin game under lights and took out the Setanta contract for £13 per month for the whole year?

:D :D :D
I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody.

Is the Setanta Ireland channel going to get swamped with bloody soccer now aswell, I hate when you sit down of a weekday and there's four channels showing champions poxy league. One match after the other. Newstalk have the rights to live premiership matches on sundays now aswell. as if you cant listen or watch any match you want as it is.  ??? ??? ???

if you are out of your contract they will change the amount from £13.00 to £9.99 per month but you have to ring them up and get them to change it. they wont change it automatically for you. if you are still in contract you will have to wait until it expires before getting it changed. i know £3 per month is fcuk all but its the principle of the thing - classic case of screwing your existing customers.

Didn't know which thread to stick this in, but this one seems appropriate enough.

This is  the Setanta schedule for this year's league, most of which yous all have probably seen by now:

Date    Fixture    Coverage
Sat, January 31    NFL: Dublin v Tyrone    LIVE
Sat, February 14    NHL: Tipperary v Cork    LIVE
Sat, February 14    NFL: Game TBC    deferred
Sat, March 7    NFL: Tyrone v Galway    LIVE
Sat, March 7    NFL: Meath v Laois    deferred
Sat, March 14    NFL: Dublin v Derry    LIVE
Sat, March 14    NFL: Laois v Cork    deferred
Sat, March 28    NFL: Tyrone v Derry    LIVE
Sat, March 28    NFL: Down v Offaly    deferred

But has anyone heard what the TBC game for next weekend is? Kinda hoping it might be Armagh - Laois, what other games are on that night? Mayo - Donegal is one isn't it?

It's due to be Tipperary v Cork in the NHL - opening of the new floodlit Semple Stadium

Is it not the game that they're scheduled to show live? They have deferred coverage of an NFL game that night too according to the scheduled on their website, that's the game that I'm asking about.

Barney

According to my Sky Guide Mayo/Donegal is deferred

Was thinking that's what they'd go for.

Another reason for us to try to get up to Div. 1 - to get a few games on the box.

Hound

According to the schedule in the Irish Times, the live game this Sunday on TG4 is Tyrone v Kerry, with Galway v Dublin deferred.

Mid Down Gael

Awful pity setanta are not showing a better game that Tipp v Cork. there will be over twenty points in that one considering the on going Cork crisis.
