To all criminal masterminds,

I have just finished watching a Bond film called Licence to Kill on ITV4 and I am appalled at the lack of health & safety measures employed by the heads of evil empires. In Licence to Kill, James Bond was able to burn down an entire cocaine factory by starting a small laboratory fire. Many staff were injured as the fire spread, and there appeared to be no evacuation procedures whatsoever.

This is outrageous and I implore all top villains to look after their staff. I agree that your evil organisation's prime asset is your criminal brain, but your second most important asset is your staff, who should not be shot dead on a whim, or left to die while you make good an escape.

I trust a speedy resolution on this matter

Yours sincerely

Never mind lab fires, I think the biggest threat to anonymous henchmen of evil genius' around the world is still this man:

Have actually done something similar to this
The auld boy was telling me a few weeks ago that a huge tree in the back garden was getting top heavy so he to climb up the tree using a ladder, build a wee platform in the tree and then put another extension ladder on the platform to get to the top of the tree. No safety harness or fall arrester, no hard hat, no risk assessment, nothing. Shame!
