Tough Luck I say to them, they went for another home to make a fast buck and got burned now they are trying to maintain the market value is 550,000 which we know is long gone south but they need another 100,000 for marketing/conveyance and paypal purposes.

Dont know much about conveyance costs, but I assume paypal, getting their father to dress up as an old woman and a website designed in wordpress would not add up to 100,000 extra big ones.

Willl they be making interest on this money when the punter lodges it, yes they will

my next door neighbours bought one of those tickets 3/4 years ago. it was for Lurgan Celtic and low and behold she won. the house was valued at 125 grand at the time. before houses went silly. strange set up though as she had just bought a house and was in process of selling hers when she won the house. lucky or what!!!

great bit of fortune. just married at the time with a young kid
