Depends where you live and who controls your council area. If you're unfortunate enough to live in a council area where funding bunting and flags and 365 days a year union jack waving is a priority; then you can pretty much forget about it. My own council area to the best of my knowledge provides no gaa facilities, for example. And that's it merged with two other council areas.
