I'd wonder what thinking if any went into that statement.  McStay a former army man and they decided to use "relieved from their roles" ah sure why not throw in removal from his position or discharged from service.

Exactly,  they are all big boys. Liam Mc didn't get too much respect as part of the Management team when he felt he had no choice but to leave .

Is management the issue in Mayo?  A lot of good people have tried to win the AI.  Maybe management isn't the issue.
