Nobody gave 2 fucks about Mount Rushmore a few weeks ago now The rent a mob and cnn are all over it .
Calm down, it's only a rockface.

Well, to the whites it was that anyway.

To the Lakota nation it was actually sacred ground, and a f**king Klansman went in and ruined it.

It was like if the white Australians had gone to Uluru and carved out the faces of Captain Cook, Ned Kelly, Crocodile Dundee and Rupert Murdoch.
oh  the Lakota who stole it off Cheyenne who stole it off the Kiowa only one theft matters though.
Funny how the supposed "law and order" people never see a problem with genocide committed by whites.

Except the US Government in a Treaty in 1868 agreed that the Lakota would keep the Black Hills forever.
Forever lasted 8 years till US citizens discovered (illegally ) that there was gold there.
They then fckd the Lakota out to mainly useless lands and turned them into poverty stricken dependents on US Government handouts.

By your logic, the British have nothing to be ashamed about for what they’ve inflicted on Ireland over the past 900 years. Our various chieftains were fighting each other left, right and centre, and wasn’t the original incursion by the Normans at the behest of the king of Leinster? What have we been bitching and moaning about for all this time? ::)

Apparently the Trump supporters were shouting “go back to where you came from” at the Lakota protesters at Mt Rushmore in the Black Hills. :o ::)

Why does cancel culture want to remove a monument which prominently features the president who fought to end slavery?

Maybe because he consistently promised to never end slavery.

Is the issue not that it was built on sacred land stolen from the Sioux? An issue that still has not been settled more than 150 years later.

In case any liberal-leaning people are worried that his minders will finally get through to Trump and convince him to ease off on the divisive rhetoric and grievance in advance of the election as his numbers continue to sink... well they haven't got anywhere yet.

Bubba Wallace and the NASCAR noose issue have caught the Dear Leader's attention (must have been a piece on OAN or Fox or something)

Over a poll, I'm guessing?

Their poll operations actually seem to be fairly serious and respectable.

https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/pollster-ratings/

Click on 538 Grade to sort the pollsters by grade, and Fox News/Beacon/Shaw is near the top with an A- rating and more than 70% of races correctly called.
