Steelers getting killed with the new roughing the passer rules. Think its to much myself.  When Fitzpatrick hangs in to the last seconds to throw how does a defender about to tackle at full speed do anything but land on him?

Give me a safer sport rather than one that destroys payersí mindsnas well as their bodies. Thereís going to be teething problems along that road so strap in if this is getting on your nerves as the NFL is only gong to become more cautious.

Safer for who? Tell that to William Hayes, the Dolphins DE who did his ACL trying to avoid putting his bodyweight on Carr after sacking him.

Fair play JP.

A much welcomed cash injection for the sleeping giants Antrim. Weíve already spent 10 grand of it, investing in a big wall to piss the remaining £90,000 up.

Yeah it would give you the shits to think how they will spend it

You would I think Trubisky has a lot more upside that Keenum, Goff shaping up to be very good & he seems to be in a good situation with the weapons and HC he has. I wouldnít be writing Trubisky off just yet.

As the club are run by business men instead of football men i can't see JM sacked until United mathematically they can't reach the top 4. In current form probably looking at March for that to happen.

The next manager then has a big clear out on his hands. A squad full of poor signings many of which left over from Moyes and LVG time. When you have Fellaini as a regular starter and is given a role to protect the nervous lindelof you really know how deep rooted the problems are for United at the moment.
Mourinho has bought:
Pogba,Lukaku, Matic, Fred, Mkhitaryan, Sanchez,Lindeloff, Bailley and Dalot,
so he cant really complain that its not his team.
If the players aren't good enough, he has to take the blame.

I think Pogba,Sanchez was Ed Woodward signings to sell jerseys.

So does Ed make Mourinho play them too??
The whole selling jerseys stuff is a load of b*llocks anyways. Adidas pay a huge fee, around £70m to manufacture United's kit.
That figure doesn't change if a few thousand Chileans decide to buy a kit and get Sanchez on the back of it.

I thought the ďbuying players to sell jerseysĒ myth had been well enough debunked at this stage ffs

Depressing weekend for those genuinly interested in seeing our county football team flourish. Stars of the weekend included Mick Mc Cann, Michael Magill, Justin Crozier, Mickey Pollock, Aodhan Gallagher, Sean Kelly, with honourable mentions to Paddy Cunningham, Tomas Mc Cann ( who was quiet but nailed on a few scores when the chips were down) Colm Brady and Andy Mc Clean.

None available to/for Lenny for all sorts of reasons. And an average age of 34 between them!

Would say your last line is the reason they arenít available

None of the 3 rich guys in contention will give a rats ass about the money on offer, it's all about prestige!!

Yeah thatís why Tiger and Phil are playing for $9m ! For the prestige

Division 2 relegation still not decided with Glenariffe beating Ballycastle last night - anyone of Glenariffe , Sarsfields and now tirnanog can go down with Armoy.

Seemed a strange result winning in Ballycastle, inflicting Ballycastles first defeat. But fair play to them

Wouldnít say itís that strange, canít imagine the Ballycastle players have lifted a stick since their championship defeat, and thatís assuming they had their normal full team out.

Anyone any idea whatís happening with the points from the abandoned Sarsfields v Armoy game in the summer? Not scheduled to be replayed on the fixture list

So the investigation has taken place, the footage has been reviewed and the Tyrone county board have agreed that there was nothing malicious in the Sean Cavanagh incident and no further action will be taken. Iíd assume thereíll be a few apologies and retractions being offered over the next few days?

That wonít suit some agendas

Also, if Gordon isnít active for at least 10 games this season , then the Browns have to give the Pats back a 7th rounder. Absolute steal for the Pats and to me , in their current predicament, an absolute no brained. Very little downside , and huge upside.

I just think he has missed too much time the last few years, no training camp either this year. I donít think the Pats will be expecting much
