Hugh Douglas of Aghaloo? Played for Tyrone in 1993 Ulster Championship.

Also what about that keeper from moortown - martin conway who played for Tyrone in 2000.

Not forgettting Cokey Quinn?

Question : why was a referee from Aygharan sent 60 miles across the county to referee this fixture ? Given the history this year with Aygharan and Ardboe, the incident where Brian Mc Guigan sustained serious injury - why would anybody in their right mind appoint an Aygharan official to referee ANY game involving Ardboe ?.

amazing - you couldnt make this stuff up. whatever happened to common sense?

is anyone else fed up with muppet umpires?

Half time Celtic 2-0 up Van the man and Donati the scorers.

Top of the league ma, top of the league.

Wow theres a surprise Celtic are top of the Scottish League and Rangers second....What a competitive league that is ::)

in a every league in europe its the same teams year in year out at the top of their leagues - hence the boring draw this year in the champons league. what the f**k do you want?

how many hidings do kerry have to give cork and mayo in croke park?

mayo and cork are pathetic and need a damn hard good look at themselves - i actually had a chuckle earlier in the year when mayo thought they could go to celtic park and beat derry - you need courage for that!

Forgive me for digressing but why is it always the same oul shite at halftime, electro traditional music at hurling final and irish dancers for today.
Do you actually care what the half time entertainment is when you are at the All Ireland final?

had tickets for the this and last years all ireland finals but gave them up cause i saw the writing on the wall. all-ireland finals arent the same any more.

Dublin certainly is not like Mayo, its as much an english city as anywhere in england.Even the locals say "yeah" after they say something.

i saw that croke park director peter mckenna on tv the other night and i could have sworn he was english before someone pointed out to me that he is from longford. why are more and more people in this country trying to become english?

Too right we have actually won the O'Neill cup unlike our extremely gracious and accomadating counterparts up in Dromore.

even we have won it twice!

tierney is the man. did our gala in february and he was very good. tony scullion has been mentioned here - dunno what he would be like at a dinner dance but you will not get a better motivational speaker in preparation for a game. the hairs were standing on the back of the neck i tell you!

Hardly Cookstowns fault that killeeshil players were away on stag weekend and the club couldnt fulfill the fixture.

but they could have accommodated killeeshil

i see in todays tyrone times that the GAC screwed killeeshil over the weekend. that's ardboe, kildress, stewartstown and killeeshil just off the top of my head. who's next? you never see or hear of GAC members clubs getting screwed over fixtures.

a lot of 1B teams are going to be like this in the last 5 or 6 games.

Yeah alot of 1B teams dont have alot to play for now only pride. Looks like the 3rd place team in 1B will be playing Killeshil. They havnt been going well at all this season but they will definately give the play off a massive effort.

division 2 will be the only league where a good few teams will be competing right to the end.

I don't want to turn this into a slanging match between our two fine clubs, so let me finish by wishing you well for the rest of the season.  I suspect that we will both be meeting again in 2008, only this time in the bloody Intermediate grade!!!

fair enough - dont like childish slanging matches. depsite what happened the moy played very well although they were helped by a lot of 'school boy' defending on our part. unfortunately for us and other clubs coming into div 2 next year it looks as though the moy will be there as well and with all their county men available for each game there will be quite a few hidings dished out like yesterday. i've said it before and i'll say it again - somethings not right when the moy will be in intermediate in 2008 while 2 seriously lesser teams will leapfrog over them into the new division 1.

also good luck to the Moy in the kilmacud sevens this weekend!
