Arsenal are playing very well but Spurs are an absolute embarrassment here.

How do they decide who faces who? Do both captains decide what order they want to send their players out and the matches are made accordingly or can you pick potential match ups?

Won't be too many teams leaving Brentford with a handy 3 points going by that performance.

Surprised how much Liverpool struggled with Brentfords direct style of play.

The less said about that game the better. Dire stuff. Didn't even deserve a draw. Bruno's penalty summed it up.

It's not the only problem but the McTominay and Fred partnership is a recipe for disaster. No presence and just invite pressure on to you. McGinn and Villa dominated them today.

Has to go with points on the board early for me it's the strongest pairs out to break even after day 1

Rory/Shane
Westwood/casey
Fleetwood/poulter
Rahm/Garcia

Or open to change politer and Casey

Then possibility in the afternoon of victor and Hatton to see afternoon action

Lads I don't fancy Fitzpatrick at all tbh but if you look back to my previous posts I said 2/3 months ago the yanks were strong favourites with the stronger team

Surely if you are going for your strongest line up, you have to have Hovland in there, no matter who he's paired with?

Never fancied Utd to score there tonight. A lot of possession but it was all very one dimensional. Greenwood added a bit of spark and you'd have expected a finisher like him to take that chance.

Martial would make you cry looking at him at times.

Jeebus Jones gets some stick in comparison to Mata. Great wee player back in the day but hes stole a livin past 4yrs approx.

Discuss. Or not. Dont care 😃

Not sure what the story with Mata is. His contract expired last year and the club offered him a 1 year extension so they must be happy enough to keep him.

I was surprised he didn't look about a move back to Spain a few years ago but he's maybe at the age now that he's happy enough to stay where he's at.

Watched the highlights again on MOTD last night, I think the Coufal one on ronaldo was even more of a stonewall and Zouma was nowhere near the ball whether Ronaldo was on the way down or not.

In saying all that was AWB not lucky enough to get away without conceding one too?

DE GEA!!

Great game that and great to get the result. Thought Ronaldo should of had a penalty before theirs but maybe that just my Utd bias.

Fair play to Lingard. Great way to come back.

Decent response to going behind there but West Ham looking very dangerous on the counter and could well be ahead.

Good article with Phil Jones in the Times today. He's got his fair share of stick (myself included) but sounds like he's really been through the ringer on the injury front. Hopefully he can stay fit now for the rest of his career, wherever that may be.

Shambles. Hopefully that result doesn't come back to bite us in the ass. Not sure what Solskjaer was at with some of them decisions.
