Went over with a Galway friend of mine today to Tullamore

Offaly are woeful

Whoever loses the Laois v Oy game is going down

my understanding is bottom team in each division gets relegated

According to PDF at bottom of that page you linked there is still playoff between 5th and 6th in 1B

Pile of shite if there is

If your at the bottom after the 5 games down you go,same goes for promotion

Give that promotion/relegation weekend back to the clubs

Any word on how the games going ?
Won handy. 4-15 to 0-6 I think.
Arent some Wexford shower in the All Ireland schools semi final? I'd imagine thats a very weakened Wexford side.

Still, we should probably light a few bonfires for the boys on the way back from Ferns.

If only we as a county had won as much as Wexford down through the years

i think we must have belief we can beat kerry and offaly bear in mind when we met galway we gave them a run for there mney i know they were short but we also were short i would be very clear in my thinking that we could get a win also against galway our record against galway is not all that bad in recent years thanks to cheddar so lets get behind the team and move on

We have no chance of beating a Galway team who are in top 3 in the country.

There are 2 leagues in 1B,our aim should be to beat Kerry and Offaly and avoid automatic relegation.

IT Carlow obviously went for it tonight to outscore Marys'. How did it finish up? Did they top the group?

Finished 2nd. They play UL in q final. All up on hoganstand website.

They will earn it against UL

That was our minors.

Worse again if it was,Tipp definitely without 5/6 from templemore who are in the Harty cup final and probably without 3/4 from Nenagh who were beaten in the S/f.

Special Convention is scheduled for this evening, Wednesday, at 8pm sharp, with representation the same as County Committee at one person per Club. Motion for discussion has been already circulated. It is important to note that our Byelaws will not be approved at Central Council until we comply with DRA directive on our Transfer Byelaws, so if this motion is not passed, we must redraft and put before a further Special Convention. As a consequence no Transfers or Attachment to First Clubs will be dealt with until our Byelaws are approved by Central Council.

From the County Board in the last 2 hours

Yes there is an embargo in place . However also included in the terms and conditions of this 'embargo are many loopholes that have been obviously targeted .

Will be interesting to see if any club or player will test said embargo
