Was expecting a cyber attack rather than a military attack.

Hopefully this will be the end of it however that is unlikely if there are any US casualties.

No US casualties reported so far, maybe planned so Iran can say they struck back and the US are forced to further retaliate. Hopefully.

I doubt the US would admit to many/any casualties even if there are any.

Think there were fore warned to get out of the way anyhow but you're right just like all the Brit soldiers that died in Road Traffic accidents in Germany during the troubles.

It seems peculiarly timed, with rising talk of a United Ireland then this to scare soft Unionism and provide ammunition for shithead loyalism?

At the same time, why is it always considered by some in Ireland that in the pursuit of political maturity that we are expected to move closer and closer to the Brits weren't that bad, sure they got even got our own people to subjugate us?

Of course let the past be the past but don't drag it up and insult our forebearers for wanting and fighting for our freedom. The south must be the only country in the world that feels it has to apologise for its own existence.

I have an old shed with a corrugated steel roof, was thinking of converting it to a gym but it could be freezing in the winter, anyone any idea a cheap way to insultate it? can you spray foam insulation straight onto it, not too worried about how pretty it ends up

Panel the roof with some wood,  Use the spray foam insulation and cover with a few sheets of plywood, then nailed to the frame! Perfect

Cheers, I was gonna cheap skate it and Foam insulate the underside of the tin and then panel it saving a layer of boards, but might just have to do it that way.

Cluj have shown themselves to be a good side though, we under-estimated them to our own destruction in the qualifiers, Lenny was only then getting to start playing his own brand of football so there would always have been teething problems.

As with other streaming devices is Now TV about 90 seconds behind the live action?

nothing worse than watching a match you're interersted in and your phone is pinging you that there was a goal and now youre just sitting wiating to see it

Doireann Ní Ghrioghair was researching architect Daithi Hanly when she came across his “bonkers plans” for a new totalitarian Christian capital city outside of Dublin.

It was urban planning like Nazi architect Albert Speer’s, Ní Ghrioghair says. “Where all the roads would lead into the main area with a big parliament building in the centre.”

The plans included a triumphal arch, with a “column of the resurrection” and a “garden of heroes”.

Hanly, who later became a Dublin City Council architect, outlined his vision for a new city, at the Hill of Tara in County Meath, in Aiséirghe, a magazine published by far-right group Ailtirí na hAiséirghe (Architects of the Resurrection).
