The main problem is there is no underage disco's anymore, there used to be one in Omagh but then it closed so the Greenvale is the go to spot for the slack door policy.
Then you have the coach loads just landing around the same time and soon you have a couple of hundred people looking to get in. You never had this issue in our day as you had to make your own way.
Of course then there is the alcohol issue, i was in a local town about 8pm Sunday evening where two bus loads were heading off and some of the young ones didn't know where they were. Alot of drinkin done before they reach the Greenvale which doesn't help.
I suppose with St Patrick's falling on a weekend meant a lot of people were home instead of being up in Belfast.
It was just the making of a perfect storm.
Terrible thing for the families to deal with and hopefully lessons will be learned from it.

The fact that the prods have managed to water down St Patrick's day parades up here in the north by issuing statements making people feel that they cant fly a tri-colour and in fact banning the national flag from parades by treating to withhold funding if they are flown shows that nationalist will still bow down. This needs to stop.

What worries me is what have the DUP got in terms of concessions for backing this deal.
I would say they have the governments word that there will be no border poll
A get out for RHI nama etc etc
Promises that protestant communities will continue to receive more than their fair share of grant money etc etc.

That was a hard watch tonite about what went on in that house.. The man clearly was a control freak and got caught at the school doing something he shouldn't and realise he was going to lose this control so ended it all. Why is the school not disclosing to the family what had went on, its all very strange.

How do they prove you were/are a member of a proscribed organisation here in Ireland.

I would have went up last year to do laps around the track at Garvaghey which is approx a mile long and has lights around it so you could run in the evening time. This year i landed up and was told that the lights were not going to be switched on, when i asked why i was told that its just the way it is. The thing is people were walking around the track using the light of their phones, if someone fell and hurt themselves there would be some craic. Why are they leaving themselves open for this.
I find it strange when GAA clubs around the county are promoting the "couch to 5k" scheme that this place cant even put on a few lights.

I know the Irish government don't want to stir tensions up here but this ole soft chat with the DUP is sickening. I would rather they talk to them for the pond life party that they are. I've said it before I don't trust Leo and I don't think he has any intention of reaching out to nationalists up here

So how many are out on the streets of Belfast today protesting and sending a clear message to May that brexit is wrong and we didn't vote for it...... yep

This whole sorry episode just reinforces what we already know about the British government. They do not care about the majority of people in the north and I suppose we don't really care for them. The problem is we still pay a portion of our hard earned money to them, and for what. I would love to be able to stop paying my taxes tomorrow as why should we pay for any of this.
The DUP must have been given some major assurances by the Tories as they really are acting the big time charlies, acting the way they are.
I would say they have got the following
- no border poll being called
- No DUP member's will face any further action over RHI
- No Language act
- Projects that they want money for will get priority
- All OO marches will be accommodated by the police

I do think us Nationalist are gona be royally screwed and there nothing we can do about it.

Im looking for outside lights that i can fit on the corners of the walls. The two most popular ones that are out there are not that great. Im looking for something modern/contemporary.
Anyone come across anything.

I suppose. My gripe with the SDLP is that they take every opportunity to make a swipe at SF. If you look at the UUP and the DUP you don't see this happening. You could say that the unionist have agreed to show a strong front where as our side look to make fools of each other.
Has any UUP member spoke out against what Paisley jr has been up to or the path the DUP is taking with brexit, very few.
I suppose the OO is keeping the thing together on a united front.

What are the SDLP doing. I fear this is the end of this party pairing up with that Finna fail crowd.
