Yeah there is a larger proportion of the general public than you think will just refuse to be inconvenienced in any way & you won’t tell me what to do attitude. Be that wearing a mask, washing your hands, self isolating after holiday etc

The playbook to drive down infection rate is well established here and all other countries, social distancing, wash your hands, masks etc

People aren’t doing it

Our pitch is in pristine condition for tomorrows holding of county football final. RTE have a scaffolding going up today as well with Marty Morrissey expected to be  providing live commentary to the nation. Should be a cracking final.

Reason to mute then

Sinn Fein have gone on record to state that numerous things that happened during the Troubles were wrong but that is the way of a war. This program was not a SF driven exercise and to be brining them into it detracts from the real story, the collusion with the British authorities, the whitewashing of it and the ignoring of it by the Irish government. There should be demands for a full investigation into this but it won’t happen as there are too many vested interests in it. Deny.Delay.Death. The thing is the families of the people I know who are so impacted upon by it will never ever let it lie.

Who directed it ?

The really shocking thing here is the number of grown men supposedly with a brain on this forum who have outed themselves as AQoS watchers. Absolute drivel

As for twats whinging about Alex Scott getting it (Kidder appears to have a problem with black people getting jobs), she's an accomplished pro athlete, has a degree in sports journalism and has on camera experience. She's basically the ideal candidate for any non racist bellends.

A decree in sports journalism ? Wow, I am impressed

Rory birdie,bogey,bogey,double bogey,bogey

An 18 handicapper would be raging with that start. The course looks ridiculously hard to be fair.

Yeah the course difficulty has a big part to play, not as if everyone else is going well

What was the reason given to replace the trio on Sky Sports (Le Tissier, Thompson and t’other one I can’t recall).

And who has replaced them?
Le Tissier was sacked because he's a Covidiot who promotes far right rallies

The other lads were gotten rid of to hide the reason for Le Tissier being sacked

Who's in their stead?
I think Tony Pulis and Clinton Morrison were on it last week, only glanced at it for a minute or two

And Glen Johnson

Alex Scott the new presenter of QOS. She must be loaded with the amount of gigs she’s getting.

Not a shocker

I know a lot of it will be new to our southern friends

I honestly can’t believe that media team weren’t provided with a programme, even a panel of players. This would of undoubtedly added to the professional set up.

Jerome Quinn and Tosh along with Kieran McGourty and Chris Kerr on the football side have been superb. First class stuff from the county.

Especially for hurling with everyone wearing a helmet

I thought McIntosh was very good, an amateur doing it in his spare time & commentating with no programme I think they mentioned as well & doing two games in a day I’m sure it’s not easy in fast moving games. I saw nothing but positive feedback earlier, I know he got names mixed up a few times but Marty Morrissey & Ger Canning are still doing that after 30 years at it. Commentating on hurling much more difficult than football

Ref play for extra time there having rode the Johnnies during the second half?

Looked like it, ridiculous time keeping

Someone told me they read an article saying 5% of Belfast city centre is back in the office. That’s low.

Was on bbc the other day, not entirely accurate. People are doing a combination of WFH and in the office so it’s higher than that

Schools are back at it, why is the traffic still very light?

A huge percentage of the cars in Belfast City centre would be NICS or BCC. Thems the ones with all the covered parking spaces in BT1 and BT2.

Are most NICS staff not “WFH”?

What about loss of smell as a symptom, how would they verify those that show up with that? If people want to take a test for peace of mind there doesn't appear to be any way to stop them doing so.

They can refuse it if they state there are no symptoms but easy way round it is to say you have symptoms
