The Russian team have collectively run further in their 2 matches than any other team in the competition has done in any other game. . .

Marty Morrissey would call that “passion”......

Luke Jackson confirmed for Frampton Windsor Park date. I’d say when he signed with Warren that wasn’t exactly the fight he would dream of for his stadium fight. To call it a letdown would be understatement of the century stuff.

It is a money making racket lads that's all that boxing is, next to horse racing in the crooked stakes.

Bring it to Windsor put the hard sell on it and wheel out a non event as the headline. Fury on the bill too with what is likely to be another joke opponent.

Aye heard the three or them interviewed at Windsor the other day, it was all a bit desperate. Frampton reckons Windsor has the best atmosphere in the world, I know he is trying to sell it but come on

There is some shite spouted on this issue, i see Niall O’Donnaighle from SF is gonna raise this matter in the Seanad and this is “digital partition”, this must be about the fifth time I have seen someone from SF talking about the issue and not having the first clue about it.

So - This is a summary of RTE, The National Broadcaster's performance yesterday.
1 - Put soccer on HD on RTE1 and a crucial hurling championship match on non HD.
2 - Went to a break for news and a lengthy series of advertisements  at half time during the Connaught final
3 - Blocked the signal from users in the north for The Sunday Game last night.

Not a great performance overall.  No wonder we need SKY.
I live in the north. I watched the hurling on RTE 1 HD. Not sure why there was soccer on yours.
I was able to watch the Sunday Game.

I think the problem only occurred if you access RTE through the likes of Sky.

I didn’t think there was an RTE1 HD. Don’t think there is on Sky anyway

And his caddy is an Irishman.

Ricky Elliott from Portrush, not sure he would agree with that description !

Great performance from Koepka and two totally different wins, a shoot out last year and then a traditional US Open grind. Johnson couldn’t make a putt.

When you think of all the world class forwards who have led the line for Brazil at the World Cups and have become legends.  Doubtful if Firmino will be considered in the same light in years to come. ;)

It was hardly his fault they didn't win he was only on for 10 minutes. Neymar did nothing in the whole 90 minutes

It’s just a bit of trying too hard trolling from a United fan

Parsons has his homework done

+1 . Which is unusual for a RTE football pundit. Ciaran Whelan has decent knowledge. The rest are of cliches and waffle. I think we will see more of Parsons this year in the studio

I dunno, it doesent seem to be performance related with RTE

Fleetwood having some round. Probably going to need at least one more birdie on the final 2 holes to stand any chance
Haven't watched any of it because of the football.
How's our Rory doing.?

Not allowed to talk about it

I think if I was playing in the US Open I'd find it hard to resist the temptation to smack one of those loudmouth Yanks in the gallery

Apparently they are all blocked

Surely the conditions are the same for everybody, 4 putting or going +10 is pretty poor regardless for some of these top golfers?

On a normal weekend it is but it's happened all over the show yesterday to the top guys so it can't just be a coincidence.

It didn’t to DJ

Indeed...

Two days late !!
