Meath football? Where does it say that? And why would you think one random assault posted on YouTube constitutes a validation of your personal prejudices?

Rathoath are a Meath GAA team, unless my geography is wrong. I don't. What are my personal prejudices, I'd be interested to know?

Ratoath Sevens is a National competition. What you see is a Derry man lashing out at a Donegal man after some 6 hours football. Has nothing to do with Meath football and your branding him a tr**p doesn't make it fact. Those of us who have played a bit all have had moments we're not proud of. Can you even tell by the video where he elbowed him? I can't!
You should choose your words and do some research because even if you think your geography is good, your spelling of Ratoath and knowledge of All-Ireland competitions is a fair bit off. Some speak!

Barney's 5 year tenure as chairman is up this year but I haven't heard who he's lined up to succeed him

Musical chairs, unless something drastic happens, Barney will just sit back into the secretary's chair for 5 years and under GAA rules he'll have to leave that. Where does he go then? Reappointed as chairman. It's a gentleman's club. A golf club for lads that don't play golf. Drinking buddies that don't drink.

Barney, Ginnity, Joyce, O'Neill and many more of them. Even if they were voted out they'd still turn up. The whole thing is pure poison

I heard Banty was at more club games that he's every been to over the weekend. Looks like he wants to cling on and put it to a vote, can't see how he'll get a 2/3 majority.

He doesn't need a 2/3 majority, those tabling the no-confidence do.

Ó Flatharta doesn't (well not today) seem to have much going on as regrds switches etc during the game  especially considering he left a good back like Hanley at MF who I don't think held the ball in his 2 hands. Should have been switched or taken off. Spillane's right Clancy was at best an inpact sub abnd has gone past that. Still think they might have a little run in the qualifiers if they get a decent draw and give youth its fling.
