Not sure what you want here from other posters, it's quite clear these individuals are scumbags, there are sucmbags connected to every section of society.  I think it shows how far the peace process has come that the President could visit albeit among some petty heckers! To be honest I think they got too much air time, exactly what they were looking. no one really gives a flying fcuk about their opinions.

QuoteThe man is definitely funny otherwise how can he sell out so many shows in Vicar Street every year?

That's one of the problems nowadays....people go to a show because they think it is the 'in' thing to do, whatever appears to be cool is what people will attend.  Selling out Vicar Street does not mean you are a great act, it just means that you are the 'in' thing at present.

Not that i'm saying this is necessarily the case here, but there's a saying that the simple are easily amused.

Very true and it's regularly demonstrated on this board.

For once I can agree.  ;)

Think I was at that gig too Goats. I was taken by him then and I saw him in Dublin a few times after that as well. The Des Bishop Work Experience was very good as was his Documentary about Irish. The comedy workshops not so good.

I was actually considering going to that Gig in Armagh but thank god I didn't... a bunch of boring hoors who obviously didn't realise it was a comedy night otherwise why sit there like stone. At least try and make a decent night of it.

The man is definitely funny otherwise how can he sell out so many shows in Vicar Street every year?

:D  :D I wish you'd gone, you would of been laughing your arse off.  ;)

Unless you got the shits after a night of hard drinking?

Blood Stained Knickers on a girl would be embarrassing.

I've seen it happen!

I've seen plenty of dumb content on discussion boards, but surely this is a new low.

You should read through a few of your own posts, this is quite intellectual in comparison.
I read all my own posts - i also write them. This isn't intellectual by any comparison. As you declared at the top of this thread, this is 'attention seeking', and it's truly cringeworthy.
For anyone who finds menstruation a source of amusement, i hope for your sake you're no older than 14 or 15 and will soon grow up.

I just made any topic up with embarassing and anyother word to show how pints was attention seeking, what was posted after that had nothing to do with me - I'll await an apology.
Good luck with that!

I didn't attribute the 'shit' or 'menstruation' comments to yourself. But you did start this pointless thread. My reply was to your claim of relatively intellectual discussion on this thread, following on from my 'dumb content' comment.

Theres been literally dozens of pointless threads started here, and posting in something you think is pointless is surely just silly.
Many people value this board as a resource. I just think that we should maintain some level of quality. That was my reason for posting - not to contribute to the subject (or lack thereof).

:D :D :D :D :D :D I seriously am trying to imagine who!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maguire - you may not like robbie williams :o -  but Im with you on this one. Roll out king - grow up. Even better - sit down in a room full of women and explain what is embarrasing about that?

So starting a thread is attention seeking now?  What does that make you?

Someone who was highlighting your attention seeking ways.

For f**k sake catch a grip, I was talking about us as a spieces not you personally and didn't mean to offend you if your gay.  In simplest terms if Adam and Eve had of been gay we wouldn't of been about, it's an unnatural act, fact.

I was making a point you numpty.

Morally right or wrong aside, being gay is unnatural.

Whats that to do with embarrasing questions?

Dont know I swore I posted this in the Iris Robinson thread.
