The pic of the plans in the Irish News is interesting, looks like one tier all the way around and not really longer or wider than the current terracing, God knows how they would go about it, lowering the level even more than it currently is maybe?

I wouldn't mind it too much provided they found some way of sorting out parking and transport, but that seems near impossible so the best of luck to them.

Soaked to f**k yesterday, weather was brutal. good result though made the drinking session after that bit sweeter. Good crowd too considering its a 'pre-season' competition and the weather was the way it was.

Hurling is on the up in this part of Down, Bredagh have a team at all levels now and Carryduff are are starting to take off, I believe that they are on the verge of a establishing a senior team

Do Carryduff play in Wexford colours?

Think I mind getting brought down/over as a wean with the Davitts of Belfast and we handed their arses to them in football. It was either they had just started up or had opened new pitches or something, as young as i was we were quite jealous of them, gleaming new kits and their own pitches - the stuff of fairytale to us  ;D

Very well organised even then, well off the pitch at least.
