What type and how much training are people doing now?

I am trying to hit the weights twice a week and do two collective training sessions during the week and one at weekend.

Cheers Abbeysider. Thats the link alright.

Do you guys reckon spinning once a week off season would be enough or would you want to be up at two times a week plus three days of weights. I would worry about burnout.

Lads, I am 4 weeks into a general strength off season training program - All over weights etc. 2 more weeks left and then onto a maximum strength prog and then onto a maximum power program. Its 3 nights a week of weights. The prog is based on one that I got off GAA games development website.

Would any of you recommend any running / fitness outside of this and if so what?
