Just to turn the topic on its head, Place i probably will visit but don't really want to. Herself is dying to go to las vegas but for some reason i can't think of anything worse. Not sure why i've such a dislikefor a place. If anyone can convince me otherwise i intend to propose soon and the honeymoon will be a hot topic

Having recently met with a few irish league premiership players through work and such i've started to have a little more respect for this league. Grantd its no more professional than a top club gaelic team. i realise that they do indeeed put in a lot of effort. The agenda itself lies with the bbc and utv. We have to excuse the Mirror as they have decided to waste money by sponsoring it. While each county championship obviously attracts more of an audience the media outlets portray thy probably cant afford each he same coverage as the the irsh league.irish league has what?? 10 teams but each gaa championship has 15 at least with each county. Can't put them all on tv. Some coverage would be nice tho.

GAA Discussion / Re: Core Program

From my experience ( limited ) i think that unless you are currently the fastest player on your team then any spare time away from collective training should be spent impoving speed ie sprint training. I think that unless you are a midfielder or fullback strength training is overratted. useful but not the most important thing. I also think core training is overrtaed but as your asking for tips then heavy deadlifts and squats will do more so much for your posterior chain than being able to hold a plank for 10 mins

Hello all,

Would some one please be able to tell me what arrangements are in place for the funeral tomorrow ie parking, travelling to the chapel. Will it be something similar to the wake arrangements?

Thanks
