There isn't enough public shaming these days. I quite enjoy the antics of the folks who will plaster said cars with stickers to draw attention to the drivers! If ignorance is never challenged behaviour will never change.

Whatever about pissing sitting down - the state of our roadways and car parks with litter is shocking.

I am headed home for a couple long weekends either side of a work trip and one of the things I miss the most about Ireland is a proper stroganoff. Over here its a sour cream based sauce, no flambe, hamburger meat - served over egg noodles. A real run of the mill tuesday night job that is cheap, and not so cheerful. A great purpose for filet mignon in a proper stroganoff.

The great spice bag, proper chips, proper stroganoff, spar jambon and proper sausages tour is about to begin. Supplies may run low in the Tyrone area over the weekend. Be on the look out for a fat f**ker with a Gmac accent.

Along with the three you know all the above songs was top 15 hits in the UK charts in the 90s

Mosely shoals start to finish is worthy of a set of it's own.

He's not wrong with the reverse sear, but it's only really useful (IMO) for thicker steaks and whole cuts of meat (pichana, tri tip, prime rib).

If you're cooking your steak in a pan, remember to combine oil and butter (preferably not olive oil). Butter has a lower smoke point than even olive oil and the solids in the butter will burn in the pan. Adding oil to the mix gives you some protection from that burn - and creates a decent base to make your sauce in the same pan.

What a strange hill to die on.

The youtube conspiracy theorists are now messing with our meat.

The movie is over and then they basically throw it in as the credits roll.

Exactly, and the movie is so amazingly shite you have long forgotten about the aspect that becomes the twist. I mean the limousine scene is just shockingly bad.

If you find yourself in the US be wary of ordering a Sirloin. Their sirloin is more akin to our rump steak. Our sirloin would be named NY strip over here

Fair, some of them are certainly loud and proud about it.

I mean, 2 wonder goals from united - but Arteta got it wrong yesterday. Felt like it was a game crying out for Martinelli down the left, as much as I enjoy super leandro. Odegard is very ineffective at the moment. Arsenal would be hosed without Rice, what a player he is becoming.

Saliba seems shakey on the ball, I feel like he's contributed to 2-3 goals this year with poor passes at the back, but my brother argues the stats wouldn't back that up.

Badly missing the italian lad at the back, he is a real threat going forward as well. Hincapie isn't really a forward thinking defender.

I would agree that I find Wagyu and Kobe quite rich, do not enjoy it as much as regular raised beef, particular grass fed grain finished.

I will cook rib eye, NY strip and filet at home regularly. Outside on the grill in the summer, inside in the cast iron pan with butter, oil, garlic. Sometimes use a steak rub I like from Omaha steaks - other times simply salt and pepper prep. Always with a nice home made peppercorn sauce.

Out for dinner will usually go for a Porterhouse if there is one on the menu.

Won a years supply of steaks in 2023 for a hole in one, a strange - yet tasty prize.

I know he got a second term

If the NY Times had exposed the disastrous policies as they were unfolding, would that have forced Joe and (Border Czar) Kamal to course correct earlier (and possibly not have handed Trump a winning issue)

Trump won because there are massive swathes of horrible people out there who just want a white nation for a white people with whom their financial self interest best lies. But they still want their tacos.

What's your favourite? Hopefully not something boring like pollo.

This is silly nonsense and I don't even like Trump.

"Trump made his largest county gain in the country in 95% Hispanic Maverick County, which swung 28% to the right. Trump also won 97.7% Hispanic Starr County, the most Hispanic county in the country, the first time a Republican won the county since 1892.[6] Harris's 12 counties won was the least for any Democrat in the state (Texas) since George McGovern in 1972."

Is Hispanic america white supremacist now too?

I take no delight in bringing this back. But RedHand88, and Wobbler (Forget about Whitey)... Why do you think I said what I said? This been in the works since 2016.

Paraphrasing a response to a former Renoite how now lives in London in a mixed race famnily....

While it does stress me out, it's deeper than that currently. I'm numb. I've been numb since long before Uvalde. It's a feeling of helplessness and not knowing where to go next. I've lived this shit in Northern Ireland before. The fractured society, them vs us; government collusion into the murders of citizens. I yelled it from the roof tops during trumps first run and first term and all I got was exited from friend groups I didn't really care for. The truth is white Christian Americans, particularly those with money - love this horrible bastard. And they quietly cheer on ICE. It's disgusting. Like I said, I'm numb. I'm tired of all the questions I get from people
Back home, like I'm somehow responsible for it because I live here. It's horrible. Thanks for listening to my rant.
