Quote from: Armagh18 on October 19, 2025, 06:46:56 PMBrilliant from United- players actually getting stuck in as well for a change. The litmus test is not against the Liverpools it's the next games against the cannon fodder. Gary Neville talking about a turning point. How many turning points have there been at this stage?
Quote from: AustinPowers on October 19, 2025, 06:41:05 PMI'd say they weren't expecting to get Etitike and Isak but I suppose the way it worked out they probably couldn't not sign Isak when the chance was there.Quote from: tiempo on October 19, 2025, 06:36:22 PMQuote from: Brendan on October 19, 2025, 06:32:41 PMLiverpool really need to get their season back on track next week against Brentford, more tough fixtures after that with the form theyre in.
Mad to think the crying from fans about the Owners being tight and when they've finally opened their wallets its been money wasted
The Isaak effect, bad purchase when Ekiteke was ready to lead the line and started well
Did Liverpool really need Isak? Sure didn't they already buy 2 or 3 strikers in the summer? Things aren't right since he came aboard
Quote from: Tony Baloney on October 19, 2025, 06:29:26 PMNot surprising. An improved United vs a flaky Liverpool team.
Quote from: Blowitupref on October 19, 2025, 05:21:22 PMA surprise 1-0 half time lead for Man United in Anfield. Big goal scoring chances not taken by both teams in that half. Not a surprise at all, Man United always up it for Liverpool. Must be frustrating for Man United fans to see how well they can play then are so bad against the Brentford's of the league
Quote from: RedHand88 on October 19, 2025, 05:12:04 PMDropping it and picking it up not a foul anymore then.Nor are head injuries!
OK.
Quote from: Dag Dog on August 26, 2025, 08:51:08 AMLiverpool scoring a last minute winner has really triggered you 😂Quote from: Bogman on August 26, 2025, 06:59:39 AMNewcastle put everything into that last night as if it was a Cup finalThey beat you already this year in your cup final at Wembley. It launched the Slot Slump that has been ongoing since last March.
Quote from: square_ball on August 24, 2025, 08:45:57 PMBut it was the referees fault Bruno missed the penalty so really it should have been a 2-1 win.Not sure how it was given as penalty but then Man United's goal was allowed to stand even though there was a clear push.

Quote from: nrico2006 on July 17, 2025, 11:35:52 PMNot really the same thing tbf.Quote from: Capt Pat on July 17, 2025, 11:32:10 PMEngland missed 4 out of 7 penalties and still went through. Sweden had 2 kicks to win it.
Womens sport just isn't equal with mens. The last major example of this from last weekend was Wimbledon. Swiatek won 6-0 6-0 in the final and got the same pay as the mens winner Sinner who won in 4 sets in a best of five set game. Nobody says a word about it for fear of being called sexist.
Same with boxing.
