Ye harps that big better Ctown had 3 goal chances in the first they needed a least one of them to push on. Fair going to win 4 in a row.

U20 hurling A sfinal today Cbolla v Ctown should be a good game pitches are soft so it's all about a battle now Cbolla won the minor 3 years ago so probably will be favourites for this one.

Cistercian have a very good team Tommy Dunne is on the books there the last 3 years coaching all teams in the school to get them to the next level and it's working he has no son on there panel of 37 either. It's a win for the college aswell as Tipperary gaa there's a fair chance they will win out the B competition this year and move up with the big boys into the A nezmxt year. Schools like mrath are doing there best but it's all driving by a few teachers who have to teach aswell so it's not easy. Maybe if laois gaa had a full time coach between all the schools mrath/RdowneyClonaless etc if might help long term.

Not saying the harps won't make a breakthrough but in the late 80s early 90s the harps had outstanding underage teams won minor and u21 final at there easy most of them played in senior finals 97/98 then fell away. Just because you win underage is no guaranteed lads will make it at senior.

Laoisred. Challenge games meant feck all teams trying out lads etc. And maybe I am wrong but I don't think Rdowney beat them by that much as a friend of mind was at it. Rdowney played a good game again Doon 2 weeks before camross beat them well. Naas will give St Martins enough of it today aswell.

Naas beat camross well a few years ago in the leinster club game  and would beat any club in laois at this time. Clane looked handy yesterday v clonad but clonad were poor.

Was it 98 the last time harps were in a senior final? Going for 4 in a row in the u20 Cship do find it hard then to get going at senior for some reason.
