Seems a tight enought affair though, Fermanagh apparently had a decent goal chance but missed and Tyrone pointed straight away by McGinley

How many other teams will have a former player of the year on the bench this weekend? I'll stick my neck on the line and say none!

O'Neill is defiantly out, apparently his ban expires a few hours after the game ends.

Yeah like this gem "The first Ulster final was in Lisburn, How times have changed!!"

All over, Cavan had a late rally, but Tyrone had too much in the bag to let it slip 0-14 - 0 - 10 I think

Good win today from the lads, Henry's goal was a joy, he skinned Carragher alive and hung him out to dry.

Rosicky, take a bow, great finishes both.

Arsenal wobbled after conceding but out defense was excellent today, and Almumia showed good form too considering he's had little or no first team action this season.

Hopefully the goon's can go on from here and finish the season strongly  ;)

GAA Discussion / Re: Paddy Heaney of the irish news!

Dubh, I'm not gonna defend everything the man says, far from it. I just pointed out I enjoy his work, he is a fine GAA journo.

Logan & Spillane are not in the same category of journalist as Heaney, probably because they're both TV personalities. I like curley bap Logan simply because I also hail from Dungannon; no reason necessary why I hate Pat 'puke journalism Spillane.

Breheny is so anti Ulster I find it hard to read the Indo, which is usually an excellent source of daily GAA news

I've always enjoyed going to Clones, as long as I'm not driving that is. I really believe the best answer to this problem is to redevelop Casement. I know the infrastructure is not perfect, but it's a long long way better than the roads of Monaghan.

Yes the M1 can become blocked at the height of rush hour but it seldom comes to a standstill, and travelling to work via the M1 for 2 years before I moved here leaves me to believe it's the best possible solution.

Yes a crash on the motorway would stick two fingers up to my argument but that can happen on any road; and lets be honest usually will when you get a concentrated flow of traffic to one particular destination.

Anyway I would be happy as long as the UF moved back to Ulster, never really liked with having it in CP, but still attended because I'm not gonna be fool enough to stay away because of a slight gripe.

Plus because I now live in Belfast I have a meger 10 min taxi journey to get to Casement  ;D
