Don't like complaining about refs and a neutral in this one but how does Brendan Cawley keep getting games? Every time I watch him ref a game it's farcical and tonight was no different. Is there no judging panel?

Some absolutely bizarre decisions throughout, for both sides although Tyrone got the worst of it

You didn't know where he stood on tackling. Early on he blew for any contact at all, and Tyrone suffered. Second half, he gave Tyrone a few handy ones close to goal and allowed Tyrone's defence to get up close and personal. First half he didn't.

I don't think there's any special side you'd fear in the CL. Bar City.

Keeping 1/2 players up front really worked wonders in the second half.

Conn won a couple of frees from long balls in. Darragh was on fire today, won nearly every ball in, and sometimes one-handed. With another ref, the opposition would have built up a rack of yellows or worse on Darragh.

The defence though really stepped up in the second half and were far less passive. Harrassed Mayo and turned the ball over repeatedly which sucked the life out of Mayo. Big Kennedy was prominent second half and dominated the middle third.

Another fine performance.

Arsenal will need to go to City and win.

It's medium-risk. Until opposition teams are prepared to leave a forward up at all times, it makes sense to have the keeper more involved.

I've never had a bad experience in Clones and it's still a place of magical memories for me. Especially the blade from Killyleagh in '94.

Just seeing Nunez's finish. That was tremendous. Had Messi scored that it would be on loop.

Tyrone's starting 15 has fairly changed in 3 years. I know there are a few to come back but not sure if all of them are starters.

I'm still happy to see new blood being tried out. 2022-2023 indicated that something needed to change. It won't gel magically.

Sounds like something a boy who was there would say.
