Wicklow are at a low ebb at present but let's not forget that they consigned Cavan to Division 4 last year and their Under-20s beat Laois in Leinster Championship.
With proper leadership Wicklow could and should be at the level of Westmeath, Laois & Offaly. It's not too long ago that they beat Kildare in LSFC. When Micko was in charge down there they raised their game to the level they should be playing at. They have been a Division 4 most years but the derogatory comments by one poster are out of order.

Interesting fixture list in Div 3 next weekend - very hard to predict.
Limerick will be favourites but Wicklow might shade it in Aughrim.
Laois at home will be favourites but it would be no great surprise it Antrim comes out on top.
Hard to predict Longford v Fermanagh - Longford have a good home record.
Louth had a good away over Limerick and Mickey Harte will have them well primed but I think Westmeath will be too strong.

Hopefully Proposal B will be passed at congress - would give the new manager plenty of games next year to blood new players.
Survival in Division 3 would be our modest ambition for 2022 and hopefully a good run in the Tailteann Cup.
Target for year 2 would then be promotion to Division 2.
