I think on a normal year I'd be going for tyrone to put monaghan in their place again in croker but this year there is something different about this Monaghan team.

Id say every neutral will be rooting for Monaghan Tyrone and their antics are hard to stomach.

Although both teams play defensive Monaghan tend to kick pass a lot more which is a little easier on the eye.

When people talk about Tyrone's antics and their defensive football it is a clear sign they haven't a clue. Please name one team in the top 6 that have not been involved in some type of cynical play? Tyrone, Dublin, Monaghan, Kerry, Mayo etc all have been at it. Saying Tyrone are worse than other teams really is laughable.

In the last 8 matches Tyrone have averaged 23 points a game. If this is defensive football then I hope it continues for a very long time. There is an article in Tyrone Life today which says that Tyrone are now the 2nd highest scores in All Ireland SFC. 8 games with a total of 182 points only Mayo in 2017 topped them (215 points in 10 games).

Please use facts and examples rather than the usual nonsense that RTE spout.

when people defend tyrone antics its clear they are from tyrone

Dry your eyes ye clown! "Tyrone Antics" you sound like a Jacob Rees Mogg! Enjoy watching the big boys at the weekend, by rights you should be second tier after this year.

Your fans were always second tier

Right lads leave STG to it, he will no doubt be back in force if we get beat sunday or the final. I think its fairly established himself and a few others are absolute clowns who take it too far!

I questioned mickey after the monaghan game as same mistakes seemed to be happening. But he deserves plenty of credit for where he has got us.

Looking forward to Sunday, it feels very surreal to be in an AI semi so soon!

I wouldn't change too much. I'd start Brennan for the frees. We were by far the better team 1st half v Donegal only for errors. Mc Shane works his add off but it's clear now he is never going to lose this hit and miss way of playing he has. Moment of sublime to the moment of madness

Just watched the highlights on the Sunday Game last night. They didn't show the kick out during the game at all that was given as a throw ball as it was taken while they showed a replay of something else. They showed it there and I haven't a clue what it was pulled back for. The ball went well far enough.

Anyone know what the problem was?

Tyrone defender wasn't outside the 21 when the ball was kicked.

Was sitting in line with that and he 100% was

People slagging Coly Cav in previous messages should delete themselves now!

I slated mickey after the monaghan game but hats off tyrone done something yesterday i haven't seen in a long time with that comeback. Young lads seem to really be growing in confidence and have a steel about them.

Is it the case that mickeys tactic is to hold back and stay in the game then unleash hell in the second half? it must be. If so then mc  geary as ahrd on him as it is is the key to that.

For me brennan has to start though.

Well done to them all and I think we will scrape past monaghan in the semi

I think its a bit stupid for a game like this in a tiny ground that all other counties in ulster can avail of some tickets as well. You'll have people from Fermanagh and cavan etc there

I take it you were pushing for Tyrone to give up home advantage for the Dubs game and move the match to Clones to accommodate all the Cavan and Fermanagh supporters who were interested THAT day?

And in case you'd forgotten, Donegal have already played two away games.

Finally, we've had major whinging and crying for both Tyrone and Armagh supporters in the past when they had to come to Ballybofey, only for the games to fall well short of selling out.

What are you talking about you clown I never said it should be moved! I'm saying the tickets should be allocated to the 2 counties competing and in particular their club members. I know Fermanagh and cavan people who have tickets for this obtained through their county board!

Club members should have been catered for first and before general sale.

But, Ballybofey is a kip! Omagh has problems with flooding but is a good ground!
Omagh is great if looking at pools of standing water is your fetish. Nothing much else to recommend it over Ballybofey either.

Didn't see any pools 2 weeks ago. No pools in ballybofey because as a bog it just soaks it up. All the facilities, stand, terrace everything in ballybofey is falling apart and they don't seem to be able to cut the grass for some reason, ever!

Weren't too many Tyrones in Portlaoise or Croke Park.
Hopefully those ones will be sorted out anyway.

PS what's to stop club members walking into SuperValu?

Weren't too many in your home ground last week, threw the towel in early doors for god sake.

Club members shouldn't have to walk in to Supervalu they keep the GAA going.

Trust the Monaghan clown up above to cry about his man getting sent off! McKenna must have some monaghan blood in him somewhere a complete moan!

Having read plenty of his articles I doubt hes ever kicked a ball. Has made a character of himself and sticking with it despite it making him look like a complete tool, just like brolly

I think Donegal are completely overrated this year.

Simple fact is Decky Bonner is not a good manager. They have fantastic forwards that will give any body problems no matter where you play them but their main man is gone.

I think mickey will win the battle on the sideline and Tyrone will make history in ballybofey
Not convinced about Bonner as manager myself. What is the history Tyrone will make?

I may be incorrect but have Donegal ever been beat in championship football in ballybofey? We certainly have never beta them there, and the AI championship only started in 2003  ;D

Sludden and Burns were in contention before Saturday night.

Not now imo, sludden hardly touched leather and burns cost that goal.

Still time for both to redeem themselves.

that wee boy Murchen? who parked sludden is definitely a late bolter if he stays in the team.

If they ended up playing Galway he could do a job on walsh

We shouldn't be b**ching about individual players at this stage of things. Not as if mickey harte is gonna change his mind after reading this! What advantage does it give us? Nothing and you run the risk of a young lad already under pressure erading this crap and taking it in to a game.

Sudden death now so we should get behind them and leave your berating until the seasons done!

And as someone who has played against Cathal McShane, he certainly is not slow!
