just saw the row again on bbc news and i noticed a spectator from armagh swing a punch at a cavan player!!what ever players get in regards suspension is one thing but this clown should never be allowed into a gaa match again.

What does "shopping for" mean?

its in reference to peter robinson saying he would trust a muslimm to do his shopping but not in everyday life or words to that effect

i disagree screen it could have made a differenc to the result, how many times was mckinless dragged down with no free given within scoring range?i reckon 3.
apart from 10 mins yesterday derry were playing very smart football which was working, people saying they should have played it in yesterday alot quicker obviously were not watching very closely, donegal had 11 - 12 players inside 30 yards and the couple of times we did kick it in at the start of the match donegal came straight out the field so that was never going to be a option.being patient and waiting for a shot at goal from 30 yards was working, after donegals scoring blitz we had to drive at them and break the line which young mckinlees tried to do but the lad just did not get the frees he deserved so it made a tough task nearly impossible.

So? She isn't meant to be the expert in the room.

On what criteria do you think she was selected to front sky gaa?

I suppose you think Niall Quinn would have been a more suitable appointment. No presenting skills but at least he's a bloke? Why aren't you questioning Brian Carney's appointment

jesus man dont be going all defensive,i am only asking proacative questions, devils advocat if you like.
for the record i am all for sky and what they bring to the table regarding gaa (especially after watching the highlights rte gave of the tyrone down game last night with commentary which was very obvious that it was done after the match in a studio) and no i certainly would not want niall quinn instaed of rachel, thats what really winds me up on this board, dare to have a different opinion and its turns into a slagging match, very mature

She's Irish and a consummate professional TV sports presenter. What GAA credentials has Brian carney?

should it matter wheres shes from if she doesnt need to be a expert on the sport she is presenting?

i just thought it quite ironic after our presidents outburst on air regarding harte that the last thing he would do would be to complain about something else, sorta backs o'neill claims about harte up

The man has a point

Black card
Compromise rules
scheduling of Qualifiers
RTE
referees
ticket allocations
Railway cup

Just some of the things mickey has a gripe with and mostly justified but only when it suits his agenda, but i dont agree with our president coming on air and have a dig at harte.

The issue I have is not with voting but that they are all useless.

and the odd one who actually could do a good job is a bigot

Are you suggesting that only the odd one is a bigot?

no

Voting is pointless. No matter who gets in, they're all singing from the same hymn sheet.
Voting is the fundamental cornerstone of democracy.

Your opinion on the matter is the ultimate catch-22. You won't vote because you don't think it matters, but you will complain anyway about those who get voted in.

yip it certainly is,shinn fein making a balls of education and dare speak against them your a dissendent,SDLP,clueless so do i as a nationalist vote dup?no chance so exactly catch 22
